Using An Apple Device
to upload I.D & proof of income?
When you take a photo with your iPhone or iPad, your device could save it as a HEIC file type. This can cause problems when uploading and when we come to view them.
Before taking photos of your I.D or proof of income, please change a setting in your iPhone camera app.
Step 1
Go to your settings app and select Camera.
Step 2
Select Formats.
Step 3
Finally, select Most Compatible.
Once the above steps are complete take photos of your I.D and proof of income and try uploading again.
